Highly disappointed
On the 26th May, I went to the dentist with severe toothache that went into my jaw and ear canal. The result was a severe infection in my jaw bone due to impacted wisdom teeth. The dentist thus referred me to a maxillo-Facial and oral surgeon. On the 27th May I contacted discovery to find out if I do go ahead and if they would cover the appointment. They told me yes, it would go off my specialist benefit, now they will not cover the claim in full. They say that the surgeon is claiming too much money from them and they will not pay the claim in full. I would have never made the appointment if discovery did not say they would pay in full. I am quite precise in all my appointments and never book an appointment unless discovery says they will pay. I refuse to pay the claim myself, discovery must listen to the calls and then pay out. I will fight discovery on this. Discovery said they would pay, so I went for the appointment. Now you will not pay in full!! Listen to the phone call and pay my claim.
Here is proof that I am not making up my story of phoning in and being told that you would cover the consultation
