Higher premium increase which was an error on their side but no funds has been refunded back to me for the second month.

I have Keycare medical aid with Discovery.....They charged me an extra R1300 last month in my premium and did same this month. This is totally unacceptable as no funds have been paid back to me for their errors and i made numerous calls to them but they are very unhelpful.
