"High 5" to Nthabiseng Mvila

Long story short, I've been having endless trouble trying to obtain an Authorization number to see a Specialist for over 2 weeks now and today, the 01/10/2018, Nthabiseng Mvila provided me with the best, long awaited service that I needed.

Upon my many dealings with different agents at Discovery, this 1 is a keeper....she is a complete gem to Discovery in Port Elizabeth and pray that she gets acknowledged for going the extra mile....for the 1st time since being with Discovery medical aid since December 2017, can I say that I've had thee best experience by far.
