Hiding behind **** pre-existing excuse

Shocking how quickly you take people's money, but when it comes to paying, you have excuses! Claiming a pre-existing condition, where it is not! If anything happens to my husband due to your uninformed decision, you can bet yourself, there will be hell to pay! As the surgery scheduled is an emergency surgery! NOT A PRE-EXISTING CONDITION! But hey, because you say so, we must just accept it and pay through our ears every month for nothing! Oh and then it takes 14 days for an investigation. If he could wait 14 days to a ****** year, he wouldn't have been scheduled for it NOW! But hey, as long as you get your salary and your pockets are filled, who cares, right?
