Hidden information regarding admissions

Today I received a bill of R6750.00, for a procedure I had done in June 2017, only to find Discovery have not paid this bill but only a small portion, due to ?????Deductables, which we knew nothing about otherwise I would have not gone for this procedure, quite shocking I agree, now we tend to understand why Doctors do not want to deal with Discovery anymore and patients have to pay cash upfront, due to all these hidden little things members do not know about or perhaps understand, I am really a very unhappy discovery client at present. And still I am left to fork this bill!
