Hemoglobin test machine

Im very disappointed and angry at discovery. Why do someone need a script and a letter for a iron(hemoglobin) test maching no one dies of low or high iron I can understand for a sugar machine or blood pressure machine cuase someone can die of diabetes or high blood pressure then yes you need a letter and script for that but now they dont ask for either of those machines but for a hemoglobin testing machine seriously whats wrong with discovery.
