Help Needed!

Why is always so difficult to get hold of the correct people. I must battle with *********** people from Discovery every time I need to get new hearing aids!!! I'm looking for the application for approval from the special board / panel for authorization for payment for hearing aids to the value of R34212.50 each meaning R68425.01 for two hearing aids. I know the hearing center have previously written a motivation and then it goes for approval. As the current cap limit is only R28200 and this is insufficient for one hearing aid. If I need to make another call and get cut off I'm going to cancel my medical aid with discovery!!!
