HELP
I wish to downgrade my Discovery plan from Coastal Saver to one of the top smart plans. However, if I need a doctor I have to travel 160kilometres so that I can be on one of their network doctors. I live in McGregor and that is not possible without a car!! I have asked if I see our doctor and pay him, will they please pay me what they would pay a doctor on the smart network. That way I get to see a doctor and they pay only what they would pay the doctor.
