Hellopeter is the only way to get someone at Discovery with more than two brain cells to act

I contacted DiscoveryCard on 18 January via e-mail to query why my Claims Category for the Travelbooster was "extreme claimer". Our family's total claims for 2017 were R25,618, but of this at least R1,455 was in respect of Vitality Health Checks at Clicks and Dischem. According to DiscoveryCard's product literature Screening benefits such as these will be excluded from the claims when determining the claims category. With my e-mail I sent a spreadsheet with a detailed layout of the VHC claims that should be excluded. The first person from card (Mizpah Memela) never bothered to open the spreadsheet and just responded that the claims category is correct. I.e. another follow-up necessary. Tracy Such of card responded that they would ask Discovery Health to confirm which claims should be excluded. "Please allow 2-3 workdays" 5 workdays passed and I had to follow up again, just to be told they haven't heard back from Discovery Health and I must follow-up myself. My own follow-up gets me another uninfomed person by the name of Swihanani Makhubele advising that there are no exclusions. This despite the product literature clearly showing that "The following claims will not be considered when calculating your claims category: The following screening benefits: o Blood glucose tests o Blood pressure tests o Cholesterol tests o Body Mass Index assessments o Mammograms o Pap smears o Prostate - specific antigen tests o HIV tests o Flu vaccines"
