Heartless towards a 80 year old woman

My mum was due to be admitted into hospital on the 09 January.She has a fractured spine. She has Parkinsons disease and Hypertension.My mum is unable to walk due to the fracture however we had to carry her into hospital for check ups and xray. The xray report stated the following:Compression fracture of L4. Differential consideration would include osteoporotic fracture,metastases,mylemoa,lymphona. Admission declined because it was for pain management and could be due to oesteoporsis.The person making the decision is only look at osteoprotic and not that the other part of the report stated metastases,mylemoa .lymphona. which could be cancer. What is this is cancer?What then Discovery?Her plan does not cover spinal injury. and her age is against her. I contacted the call centre and when I questioned the lady about Lymphona she dropped the call on me.This was on Tuesday 09 January 2018. I logged a complaint on the Discovery website at 3.00 am on the 10 January 2018 and did not get a response to date.

What shocking service and we entrust our health into such an *********** company. My mum cannot walk on her own neither can she do her normal days duties like taking a shower on her own. The pain is so unbearable yet Discovery does not care.

I wonder if I would ever get a response to this.
