This company is heartless!!!!!

Trying to register my grans passing and process her last claims and they make it so difficult, speak to a million and one consultants and they all give you the wrong information. Then they dont want to speak to me because I am not the person on the account.

I am registering the passing of my grandmother, if you want I can bring her ashes to your office then you can speak to her!
