Heartless

my son is 4 years old and I am on the keycare plus option. He needs a dental procedure done and keycare plus option does not cover in hospital day procedures. Now he is in a lot of pain and cannot afford it. This procedure can only be done when he is asleep because of his age. How inhumane can discovery be and not take into consideration of his age and help him. Please do prove to me which 4 year old child can sit through a 30 to40 min dental procedures.
