Heartbroken 💘 by Discovery

I'm very disappointed with Discovery Medical Aid, since I started with them, I have been without my Chronic Meds because they've never send them to me, since November/ December but have been deducting my R2600 ++ each month. I need my Meds for the previous months before me & then can part ways. I will never recommend them to my family, friends or anyone I know but make them aware & share my true experience with Discovery. Bad service & cares about monthly payments.

You gave me new information that was never explained to me & like I said Discovery only cares about money & not clients. At the end of the day, you still require that I pay almost R6000 before I can get my Meds & to hell with the fact that I never got that info yo just provided & to hell with the fact that I never had my Meds since December...
