HAVE YET TO RECEIVE MY MEMBERSHIP CARD

I recently joined Discovery Health in Mid February this year & was advised that i should receive my membership cards between 6 to 8weeks , it is now the 2nd week of May & have not received any cards neither have i received reasoning or feedback regarding the status of my cards , i have called numerous times to follow up but have not been called back neither have i been give any answers !!!!!
