Harrassed and de*****ed by your Debt Collectors

This company contacted me by sending me a text that i should pay my Discovery account which i was not aware of nor being handed over, however I contacted them by calling to make a payment arrangement of R100 starting last month and on the 21.06 they sent nge a text with their banking details and the admit owing of R1983.20, I made a payment on the 24th. Last week I received a Call from one of their agents at 7am reminding me to make a payment. I told her I know about my arrangement and to please stop calling me. Today I received 5 sms from them two threatening legal action and the others with banning details and the amount of R2005.07 when I phoned to find out why the amount had increased from last month the agent named Petrus Ramokhanye told me because they have sent me sms' and called. I asked him why should I be charged for something I did not ask them to do because i already called them to make an arrangement and even started making payments. He told me with a condescending tone that I'm complaining about R100 and right there I told him he has the gall to say that and he doesn't even know what my financial situation is yet I'm trying to pay off my debt. So i guess they are trained to undermine people and because I'm paying this amount according to his standards which is small I should therefore be subjected to such behaviour and treatment. The second agent was no different (Chriselda van Wyk). I have been with Discovery for a long time and to get this treatment from their debt collecting company is appalling.
