HARASSMENT FROM DISCOVERY THANKS TO POOR ADMIN

I am being HARASSED for a bill I have settled on 02 FEBRUARY 2015.<br> <br> Thankfully I have left the medical aid last year and I was told I owe a settlement amount of R292.87 end of January 2015. I then made the payment by EFT on the second of February and emailed the proof of payment on the 10th of February 2015 to Deli Shongwe. I have not received any correspondence from this lady since. a month later, I was asked to settle the bill yet again, to which I forwarded the mail sent and this time, sent it to their support as well (23/03/2015 at 13:09). I will gladly forward the mail again if it got magically lost in their system. <br> <br> Now I am receiving messages that I'm being listed. <br> So someone is not doing their admin job and someone is not closing all accounts as they darn well should.<br> <br> I need immediate confirmation that my name is cleared off the ITC and I insist on a written apology from Discovery Health. This is a pathetic waste of my time dealing with wort like service!<br>
