I'm so done fighting these ************.

They will look for ANY reason not to pay. And make it next to impossible to ask about non payment. Cannot reply to the email. Their website is designed to make it as difficult as possible to get help. I have to call and get a generic excuse.

I hardly ever use my plan's benefits. Been a client for many years. My plan covers GP Visits, with a co-payment. Then I see a GP and they just say "No, you pay".

Their App hardly ever works. Get more error messages than working features. Heck, I can't even book a consultation through the App. It's 2021 Discovery, even Intercare does a great job with virtual consults without needing to buy your expensive device.

Please stay away. This large corporation does not care about you. They will milk you until you need them.

I will be changing my health and insurance provider.
