Handing over to ITC by Discovery Health

In March 2015, i cancelled my Discovery Medical Aid contract. Around August, i received texts that i owe R3,029.<br> <br> I have since paid the outstanding amount however Discovery has not removed my ITC listing. There is nobody willing to assist.
