Handed over to ITC for no reason - purposly ignoring emails

I resigned from work in February and used to be a member with Discovery for a couple of years. April I received an invoice from Discovery stating I will have to pay the balance from contributions paid to claims done, which I totally understand. I also explained discovery that I am currently not employed and seek to settle the balance on a monthly payment which was R 362.00 per month. So I did the setup on my banking app and every month the money was paid to Discovery. In September I received a call from an ITC Company saying "Hey Discovery handed over your account because you did not pay them". First I thought it's a joke and I sent an email to Discovery. As I have not heard back from them I thought it was a **** and continued paying to Discovery until I received another call from that ITC Company asking for the payment. I advised that I will follow up with Discovery and sent a follow up email to Discovery demanding a response. I eventually got a response from Discovery stating that I breached our agreement. They simply stated I breached that agreement without even commenting further. So I did my own investigation simply to assist Discovery since they were not able to to explain why and what happened. So I figured out that during the initial setup I stated I want to pay Discovery R326.00 per month and not R362.00

I explained Discovery my situation and highlighted, as you can see, it was a typo error. I did stick to the agreement but I typed into my banking app R326.00 instead of R362.00.

Discovery went silent on my response explained them (again) that I do not see a breach of agreement and we are all humans. I have paid my monthly installments without delays.

I am tired of fighting with these people over such nonsense and they must not put me into the same drawer like people that do not pay at all or even pay late. I paid always on time and just made a mistake with the amount and will be punished and blacklisted now?

Since Discovery does not want to talk to me via email I take it here and hope, that someone will reply.

Thanks and bye.
