Good day

Kindly assist as per the below email from Lesego. I have been doing a follow up on this matter for almost a month now and I really don’t want it to go onto the following year without it being finalized.

Kindly assist as a matter of urgency and liase via email as my phone is unable to take phone calls.

I have received a response from the System’s team manager, who confirmed that they are unable to rectify the system to pay correctly. However he has approved for the claim to be paid as an exception, due to uncorrectable system error. We have sent the approval to the Functional coordinators and Claims team manager to also approve and process accordingly.
