Gross Incompetency has me Listed with ITC!

1 Dec 2014 - I became a dependant on my husband's plan after cancelling my own. I owed Discovery R840 from MSA however a premium was deducted off my salary @ end of December. THIS MEANS I WAS OWED A REFUND: R3531 - 840 = R2691

14 January 2015 - queried with billing specialist Leeray Vogel. I followed up several times WITHOUT ANY SUCCESS

25 March - I contacted Customer Service expecting a resolution (as complaints can be tracked)

10 April - I FOLLOWED UP several times & was put thru to Ezra Collop. He promised to resolve my query. Last contact was 17 April but NO PROGRESS.
I ALSO DISCOVERED THAT I'D BEEN LISTED WITH ITC FOR THE R840!

28 April - I asked a broker for assistance. She FOLLOWED UP with Discovery SEVERAL TIMES.

19 May - eventually Discovery advised the refund was in progress & \we have also requested that the member be removed from the ITC listing. This will be confirmed by the member debt administration department once resolved."

10 July - GUESS WHAT? I AM STILL LISTED WITH ITC!

WHY DID I BECOME A DEPENDANT ON MY HUSBAND'S PLAN?
TO AVOID MY COMPANY FORCING ME TO JOIN MOMENTUM HEALTH! PERHAPS I SHOULD HAVE JOINED MOMENTUM HEALTH ANYWAY!
"""
