Greedy Discovery - Fast Becoming the Worst Service Provider for Medical Aid & Insurance!!!

Discovery Health is going downhill fast in terms of service, getting back to customers and paying out valid claims. We have been trying to get Discovery to refund a dental claim which is within Discovery agreed rates with the provider for nearly 1 month now. We have phoned the call centre on numerous occasions with promises from the call centre agent, team leaders etc that they will come back to us with feedback and no one ever does - DISGUSTING SERVICE!!!

We have spent several hours on the phone for this case alone with Discovery, who are only available to deal with these queries during office hours, taking hours of productive time out of our daily schedule to get absolutely no-where in having this claim resolved.

I am at the point where I feel that we need to consider canceling our medical aid, life insurance, household and vehicle insurances with Discovery as they are failing us as members. Discovery the product and service you are delivering does not represent what you are selling us at all!!

On the vehicle insurance side, you are installing faulty tracking devices in our vehicles that you don't even know are faulty for periods in excess of a month!!!

Grow a back bone and start to deliver on your commitments!!
