Greedy and Uncompassionate Discovery Health Medical aid

My ex employer uses Discovery Health, I resigned mid year and at that point I have already used up my MSA, wasnt aware that I was supposed to pay the MSA balace back. Discovery contacted me with the money I owe. I advised that the money is a lot and I will be able to pay them in instalments of R500 for 24 months, they instisted on 12 months. I told them its unaffordable. They disapeared and later I get contacted by SSDA for Collections. I tell them the same story as I told Discovery, they agree to the arrangment but now my amount owing has an added R1200+ and I am told I wil be charged for interest going forward. I didnt apply for loan from discovery, and when they contacted me I accepted that I owe them and willing to pay them. If they are impertiant in getting their money I shouldnt be charged for their greediness. FNB used credit collectors (Blake and associates) as well but do not charge you for the service. Discovery is greedy and have no compassion in this trying economic times.

I wrote them a letter complaining and they arrogantly dismissed me.
