Greed is Discovery new name.

Sad I tell you that with everything that is happening to the consumer that we can still be turned away in our time of need and sickness. However we get companies we give our monies to every month with no guarantee that we will even use their services for years and the one year you had operations done, which no person likes and your funds are over but you are sick now currently and in bed and they turn uu away. What about all the years we pay and dnt use the medical aid. I was always given the run around by this company and their selfish excuses but this is one time I'm sick and need help and have been told pay cash or wait 24hr for an online Dr without medicines. How should I get help. Is discovery a good medical aid or just getting rich from it's members. I have been put into so much of debt even right now from last year cause a Dr a casualty ran a swine test for my daughter 3 times and they refuse to pay. We do not walk around with T@C of the company. The first Dr I sign up for online never showed up. But the second a female helped me on Sunday night but she couldn't help with meds. This is bull****. Discovery uses it's members more for experimenting but not making sure they are well. No members best interest is at heart. I have asthma without no pumps currently. I have cholesterol without tablets Aspavor 20mg as I don't have funds. I have terrible flu and I'm waiting for covid results without meds. I am on depression meds due to my part loss of my breast in Jan and then Feb without my depression meds or support from my Dr cause I was told pay cash but your are still taking my money every month even now when I dnt even earn a proper living. I understand there are rules but they are ***** and now I am sitting here having had enough. I do not have the fight in me. But if I get more sick yourll will pay to operate or hospital. Why wait to hurt a member fix the problem when it's small. How would uu like if uu pay the only monies you get to be turned away when uu in need. Disgusting I tell uu. The nausea I feel from my heavy chest is also from discovery being so greedy and selfish. I still have labs calling me for the monies I owe them from last year's blood test because yourll don't pay and your consultants lies about sorting things out. They even sent me a mail saying they can not get a hold of me to help me but no one called. Really???? *****. This has taken a lot for me to do cause I am a mother of two girls we just lost their grandmother and your consultant was support to help with a counsellor for trauma but lies does not work. On Friday I was so sick couldn't breathe I called in asking for help and they told me go online make an appointment for an online Dr and wait 24hr. Lol sick with asthma till the point I couldn't breathe but I was told no uu can wait. Really???? Or pay cash but you take my money.
