<p>I called discovery to enquire about my claim and thought it was not settled but Arhana Gokul gave me peace of mind by explaining throughly and putting my mind at ease. She went extra mile and helped me be able to sort out my primary and secondary doctor. She emailed me further information that will assist me when I want to see the specialist and explained it so nicely to me. I now understand things that were frustrating me.
