Great service so far

I often am more critical online about services than I am complimentary. I thought I would leave a good review for Discovery Health today as I have had good service from them so far. Today Siphokazi assisted me with plan changes and she was very informative and knew her stuff - I rarely find customer service useful so props to her.

In addition, Discovery Health has also made it no fuss in paying for hospital stays or submit claims so far, so I think overall they do deserve this rating.
