Great Service - Rare to find

<p>I have been forever trying to get Discovery (as a prefered choice for reputation) to send me a broker to assist me and have just been passed from Pillar to post. I was on the verge of going through to Bonita's or momentum to take out medical aid. Until I finally got through to Patricia Rasmesi, a supervisor who had taken her own time to reassure me of a telephonic sign up. I am not one that's easily convinced, but amidst her apology for the poor service she excitedly advised me of how they can effeciently help me. She returned my call and clearly went through everything in a simple manner for me to comprehend. I signed up the same time without hesitation. She is a valuable asset to such a HUGE company, in which I almost lost hope. These day's its all about stats and getting the sale, she brought back the good old way of client service and understanding. Thank You! </p>
