Great service, Nhlakanipho Mthethwa

I would like to express my utmost gratitude towards Nhlakanipho Mthethwa who helped me today at the call center.

The amount of respect he displays towards client service is immaculate. I was desperate for information regarding mistakes made by my empoyer’s HR and he went out of his way to gather information for me.

He ran to different departments to find information, if he didn’t know the answer to my questions. To such an extent that he was out of breath running around for me.

Just the way he communicates over the phone is evident of a well brought up man, who is an absolute gentleman!!

He is an asset to Discovery and I truly hope he is treated accordingly.
