Great service from a customer service consultant at Discovery - Elvercia Arendse

Initially, I wanted to review Discovery Health with only one star and go on about how ridiculous their maternity benefits are, especially the unfair policy that you must first register your baby and can only claim after the date you have registered no matter how far along you are.

Anyway, my review is not about Discovery Health but more about one of their employees, Elvercia Arendse. She is without a doubt the best and most competent person in their customer service department - after being put through to one person to the other I thankfully ended up speaking to Elvercia. She resolved my issue quickly and she had regular follow up calls to give me the status of my issue and at the end of the day, she went out of her way to put me and my baby at ease.

I would like to thank Elvercia for going the extra mile for your customers and giving me a new perspective on your customer service department.
