To whom it may concern,<br> <br> I would just like to take this time to commend the work ethic and helpfulness that Roxanne has demonstrated while dealing with a debit order issue that I had with Discovery over the past two weeks.<br> <br> I would rather not dwell on what the initial issue was, but I was rather pleased at how consistent she was with regards to following up with the relevant parties, and never forgetting to keep me constantly updated on the progress of the query.<br> <br> I truly believe that she is an asset to your call center environment, and I truly hope that she is well rewarded for all of her efforts. As I myself have had some experience in the call center environment, I do honestly believe that she would make a great team leader, perhaps even manager.<br> <br> Had it not been for her, I would have probably escalated this matter to a legal level.<br> <br> My funds have finally been paid back into my account and the matter is now resolved. <br> <br> Kind regards<br> Khanyisa Qamata
