Great service

I submitted a form recently to change details on my account. Turns out I didn't need to send the form. BUT. Instead of just leaving the form in File 13, Ashwin picked up the phone to confirm why I sent the form and sorted out all the details while on the phone. I wish more companies had team members like Ashwin who go above and beyond to serve the customer. Thank you Ashwin and Discovery!
