Great Service
Good morning
i would like to thank the great service from a lady called OFENTSE JUDITH MOSIANE who works at Discovery Health. I was stressed due to a misunderstanding of a claim and the lady went out of her way to help me resolve the matter, constantly calling me to update me on the progress of the case and eventually it was solved.
I wish more agents working at other companies could have such great cutomer service at all times. Great job Ofentse!!
