Great service

<p>In the last week or two, I had two queries, one with Vitality and one regarding claims with Discovery health and I am so pleased to say that on both queries I received a call within 24-48 hours from the relevant consultants to explain and help me understand my situation first with vitality and now with my claim. I had posted on facebook requesting information on my claim reimbur*****t and literally in a few hours someone had responded to say that they are looking into the matter and will get back to me as soon as they can. I really appreciate that there are some companies that train their staff well enough so that they know they represent the company they work for and can make a difference. Unfortunately I don't have all the consultant's names but I dealt with Sibusiso Kumalo for Vitality and Kogi for DH. Thank you for helping me clear up any confusion and queries I had on my membership :)</p>
