Great help from keycare

Myself and my children are on the keycare plus medical aid. Somehow only two of my dependents primary doctor was updated. I took my baby to the dr to afterwards heasr i need to pay in as the doctor was not nominated. I phoned discovery keycare speaking too Lunka qotyane. She efficiently helped me more than what i expected. Today she phoned be back saying the doctor i nominated wont be on the programme anymore from 1 January can she help me nominate another primary doctor. I think she went above what was expected of her and i really appreciated the help, my answered questions about some benefits. Staff like that and deing with people like that is far and few between
