Great Friendly Service

I rep**** to an email that Discovery Health sent me. I am no longer a client but even with that said I still get a call back quicker than my current Medical Provider. Where a knowledgable and friendly person answers my question. This could have been communicated via e-mail, but the effort in making sure that my question is answered correctly was taking into account. Still one of the most efficiently run contact centre and tech-savvy Medical Provider.
