Great Customer Service from Discovery

<p>I phoned Discovery Contact Centre on 14/01/2017 to find out about a pre-authorisation and spoke to Shaun who was very professional who went beyond his duty to find out more about my query and how he could assist. He started of by greeting me with a "smile" which is how every call should start. And when I did not have all the info with me he got in contact with the relevant providers to seek out further info which he found!</p> <p>Thanks Shaun, you are awesome!!</p>
