Great Customer Service !

Dear Discovery, today i had to call "Again" as my email was not seen as a valid form of Pre-Authorization. As luck would have it i reached a Gentleman by the name of Hein Schnecler (Please excuse the spelling if wrong) - all i want to say is LOOK AFTER THIS GUY as the world needs more people like this !!! - He sorted everything very quickly, explained the whole process and in short turned a complaint into a compliment ! Exceptional Customer Service !!!!! Thank you Hein - I would be ecstatic if Discovery could add a "Press 7 to speak to Hein" option on your phone system as i would choose that every time !
