What a wonderful service. Professional and friendly service from the staff.

I had thought it was my lucky day when I got assisted by Stanton in the LA Health Preauthorisation department. He answered all my questions, followed up on my query when it was not approved at the time of the call and even called back to confirm whether I had received my Preauthorisation email or if I had any additional questions. Wow, I'm surprised and happy with the service I received.

I even called today to thank him and got a wonderful service from the ladies who helped me Nolwandle and Nonzukiso were very helpful and friendly proving to me that great customer service at LA Health and Discovery is a norm and not an anomaly.
