Great Customer Service!

I would like to thank Franklin (I hope this is how I spell his name) for assisting me this afternoon with my queries. He was patient, attentive and resolved all that I asked. It is refreshing to get great customer service especially when it is this time of the day on a Friday usually people are ready to leave and have had a long day but I would swear by how Fraklin treated me over the phone that I was his first client for the day because he sounded eager to help me out! Thank you Fraklin, keep up the great work, you are a treasure for your company!
