Great Customer Service

<p>I called in to cancel my Discovery Insure Policy. I was helped by Ntokozo Radebe. I was set on cancelling my policy, but Ntokoza patiently explained some alternatives that could work for me, given my circumstances. He handled my queries with understanding and patience. He was intuitive when advising me on options. These are qualities that is often lacking by Service Provider customer service people. </p> <p>Further, Ntokoza was well spoken and knowledgable on the service offerings. It was such a great pleasure dealing with him that I even went through the trouble of resetting my Hello Peter password, that I couldnt remember, in order to make sure he gets this review.
