Great Customer Service

I called Discovery Health to get information on a query and after going through the usual call center system I was fortunate to be helped by Lynette Hall. Just as we were getting into detail of the query, my line disconnected and I thought I would have to phone back and go through the call system again. To my surprise, my cellphone started to ring and who was there? Lynette! Excellent customer service to return a call even though she did not have to. Additionally to that she was super helpful, very pleasant and cheerful! What a delight to encounter. I wish all service desks and call center's could be like this! <br> <br> Well done and I hope you get more recognition for your outstanding service!
