Great customer care

I had an enquiry about my funds that were reflecting incorrectly on my statement. So I called discovery health and the person I spoke to (forgotten her name unfortunately) but she was of great assistance, she checked all my previous statements and found the error created an enquiry REF *** together with other references that I were to use to follow-up my case but to my surprise she followed up on all REF service requests and gave me a call with an update before I could call discovery myself.

To me this is great service. She saved me the stress of calling and waiting in line only to start explaining from scratch again. She deserves a BELLS :-) I am sorry to have forgotten her name.
