Great customer care

<p>I am very much one on appreciation within a big company keeping towards their structure and following a process. I must be honest and say Discovery has been absoultely amazing! I needed to do a withdrawl to move as a dependant with my partner because we are upgrading our medical aid, and thought that only my broker could do this, but Discovery informed me I was able to do so. They phoned me back within 2 minutes to help me with this process. I am so pleased with the great conversationlists who are polite and so helpful. Lets be honest and say this can be incredibly hard when communicating with someone over the phone as we have experienced within other situations and companies. Keep up the great customer care service! I can speak for most when I say that we really do appreciate it!</p>
