Great attitude, Willing to wait, extra effort

Anisha phoned me today regarding a query I had. She was perfectly helpful, not only that, she understood that I also had pre-occupations and was more than willing to wait on the line for me. She sat patiently on the phone while I did my job as well. She connected with me and gave me full and accurate information. It's thanks to her that I will only ever call discovery again.
