Great attitude/ Going the extra mile
To whom it may concern<br> I just want to say a heartfelt thank you to Robert Humphreys for his assistance today. He went back on my medical records to 2010 for an old Drs account that I needed proof of. He was very friendly and helpful, he is an absolute assets to Discovery!<br> <br> Well done Robert with an positive attitude and friendly manner I really hope you make it far up the corporate ladder, what a pleasure to deal with you!
