Great Attitude and Swift Issue Resolution

I'd like to extend a big thank you to Norman N at Discovery Health for his swift response and speedy resolution to an issue I was experiencing with the non-payment of an X-Ray claim. I had been back and forth to the claims department over a period of a couple of weeks trying to resolve this issue but the claim kept on getting rejected. I posted a complaint on Hellopeter and within minutes Norman had contacted me, had a look into my query and got to the bottom of the issue. The issue was not due to a error in the claims department but rather an incorrect code being put on the invoice which led to the rejection of the claim.<br> <br> Norman managed to get this all resolved and the claim was re-submitted and went through successfully this time. Thank you Norman for your great attitude in dealing with me and my query and for resolving it so swiftly. I do appreciate your great service and once again are a very happy Discovery Health customer.
