GP list for Smart plan

Discovery Health is advertising a new Smart Plan available. If you are not a member you can not see the GP network list for SMART plan. The information center tell me that I need a APP to see it BUT then I need to be a member of Discovery. I am not yet a member but are interested in the Smart plan . How can I make a decision if I do not have the information??<br> <br> Please help!
