GP Claim rejected - Unlimited GP Visits - Not resolved in 6 days

Went to the Dr Lieberman and Associates on 18th October 2021. The network Dr that treated me is Dr R L Engels. The dr submitted a claim for R493.60. Claims was rejected when submitted. Plan makes provision for Unlimited GP Visits. Contacted Discovery on the 19th Oct 2021 to report this - *** Was informed on 26/10/2021 that the claim is still rejecting at Discovery when re-processed. Cannot give me an answer as to when this will be resolved. I want to know why this claim has been rejected, is it just on my Profile or is there a system problem on Discovery's side. Claims should be resolved quicker than 6 days. No feedback on Discovery's side - unacceptable. It is a nightmare when calling the Call Centre, calls get cut off or no matter what option you select, you cannot speak to an agent. I had to call twice before I was assisted by the Call Centre.
