Good Service

I just called Discovery Health to enquire about my medical aid plan. I'm not happy at all. And Mr. Luphumlo explained everything to me. I wasn't aware that I'm on a hospital plan, I had no idea. He explained my current plan, and what does it cover. He later sent a list of other plans to consider. Much appreciated. I'm calling my HR tomorrow. I changing to a different plan.
