Good service

I needed a prove of residence asap and phoned Discovery for a claims transaction history. As my last statement was for November it would not be suitable for the reason I needed the prove of residence. Lukhanyo then advised that I can get my tax certificate. I mentioned that it is quite urgent and I don't really have time so he offered to email me the certificate. After realizing the new certificate is not available yet he then offered to manually write out and email. In less then 3 hours I had my certificate. I really appreciate all the trouble he went to and for keeping me updated! I would also like to mention that every time I call discovery client service I get excellent response and feedback!! Made my day to know that there are still people willing to help
